The New Legal Requirement: Decree 192/2023
Since the publication of Decree 192/2023 by the Generalitat de Catalunya at the end of 2023, the requirement to have a current maintenance contract is established for all photovoltaic installations that required a technical project for their legalization. This regulation seeks to ensure the safety, performance, and reliability of all installations over time. (Article 6.2, section h), page 96 of Decree 192/2023)
